It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing this Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location at any time.

2. Description of Service

2.1 What We Provide

World Cup Stats is a sports data analytics and AI-powered statistical modeling platform focused on FIFA World Cup 2026 and global soccer competitions. Our Service provides:

2.2 What We Expressly Do Not Provide

• Regulated advisory services
• Guaranteed outcomes or performance warranties
• Funds management or handling of stakes tied to sporting outcomes
• Any service requiring a regulated gaming or financial operating license in your jurisdiction

3. Analytics Disclaimer — Informational Use Only

All content, match analysis, context scores, and analytical outputs provided by World Cup Stats are:

• Generated by AI models based on publicly available statistical data
• Provided for informational and entertainment purposes only
• Not a guarantee, promise, or representation of any sporting outcome
• Not tailored to your individual financial situation or risk tolerance
• Subject to inherent uncertainty — sports outcomes are unpredictable by nature

Past performance of our AI models does not guarantee future results. Any historical accuracy statistics referenced in our marketing materials represent back-tested or tracked analytical performance and carry no guarantee of future outcomes.

4. Lawful Use

4.1 Your Responsibility

Laws governing digital services, sports data, subscriptions, consumer rights, and AI-assisted analytics vary by country, state, and territory. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to:

• Determine whether accessing sports analytics services is lawful in your jurisdiction
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Use the Service for personal research, educational, and entertainment purposes only
• Obtain any required permissions before reusing or redistributing our content

4.2 Jurisdiction Reference Table

World Cup Stats bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from unlawful use of our analytics in your jurisdiction.

5. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at Info@statsworldcup.com
• You may not share your account with third parties or allow others to access our Service through your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that show signs of credential sharing or unauthorized access
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available

6. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

6.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription tiers (subject to change with notice):

• Group Stage Pass: Access to analytics for all 48 World Cup group stage matches
• Full Tournament Pass: Access to analytics for all 104 World Cup matches
• VIP Pass: Full tournament access plus real-time alerts, Deep Analysis Credits, and priority support
• Group License: Multi-user access for up to 30 users under one license
• Deep Analysis Credits: Add-on credits for detailed match breakdowns

6.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Local currency pricing may be available.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase or subscription activation
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store card details.
• All transactions are encrypted and secured via PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure
• Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT/GST where required by law (EU, UK, Australia etc.)
• For EU/UK customers, VAT will be shown separately at checkout in compliance with applicable tax law

6.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access to the Service until payment is resolved. We are not liable for loss of access due to payment failure.

7. Founding Member Program

Our Founding Member Program offers early registrants a 50% lifetime discount on subscription pricing. The following terms govern this program:

• The 50% discount applies to the standard subscription price in effect at the time of launch
• The discount is tied permanently to the email address used to join the waitlist
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, or assigned
• The discount applies for the lifetime of your active, continuous subscription
• Cancellation and resubscription may result in forfeiture of the founding member rate at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Founding Member Program prior to platform launch, with at least 30 days written notice to waitlist members
• The founding member price will not increase as long as you maintain an active subscription
• This program has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds or credits

8. Refund Policy

8.1 General Policy

Given the time-sensitive and consumable nature of sports analytics (match insights lose value after kickoff), our general policy is:

• Tournament Passes: Full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no match insights have been accessed
• Deep Analysis Credits: No refund once credits have been used. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• Group Licenses: Refundable within 48 hours of purchase with written request

8.2 EU & UK Consumer Rights (Statutory)

8.3 Australian Consumer Rights

Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded. If our Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the ACL.

8.4 How to Request a Refund

Email Info@statsworldcup.com with subject "Refund Request" within the applicable window. We process refunds within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit our content, match analysis, or AI outputs without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform by automated means
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models, algorithms, or source code
• Share your account credentials or allow third parties to access the Service through your account
• Upload, post, or transmit any malicious code, malware, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Use our Service in any way that violates applicable laws including intellectual property laws, consumer protection laws, or data protection laws
• Impersonate any person, entity, or World Cup Stats employee
• Use our analytics to operate an unauthorized resale service or present our insights as your own
• Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Use the Service if you are under the minimum age requirement
• Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to our AI models, analysis algorithms, scoring methodologies, data visualizations, written analysis, design, logos, trademarks, and platform architecture — are the exclusive property of World Cup Stats and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.

10.2 License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license expressly excludes:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Service or its content
• Distribution, public display, or public performance of any content
• Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

10.3 Your Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

10.4 Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to Info@statsworldcup.com including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature.

11. AI & Automated Analytics Disclosure

We are committed to transparency about how our AI systems work:

• Our match analysis is generated by machine learning models trained on historical sports data and statistical variables
• AI models have inherent limitations and can produce incorrect outputs — no AI system can determine sports outcomes with certainty
• Our confidence scores represent statistical probabilities based on data inputs, not certainties
• Model performance may vary across different competitions, leagues, and match types
• We continuously update and improve our models — historical accuracy statistics may not reflect current model performance
• Our AI outputs should be treated as one data point among many in your own match research, not as definitive recommendations
• We are compliant with the EU AI Act requirements applicable to our AI systems and will update our disclosures as regulations evolve

12. Third-Party Services & Data Sources

Our Service relies on third-party data providers, APIs, and services. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Use of third-party services linked from our platform is at your own risk and subject to those parties' terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, match analysis, or analytical output
• Warranties that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• Warranties regarding results that may be obtained from use of the Service
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of any historical performance statistics

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, World Cup Stats, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Financial losses arising from decisions made using our analytics
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
• Losses resulting from Service interruption, downtime, or technical failures
• Losses arising from reliance on any content, match analysis, or analytical output
• Losses arising from third-party services, data providers, or linked websites

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Jurisdiction-Specific Limitations

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless World Cup Stats and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any activity you engage in based on our analytics outside the intended informational use of the Service
• Any content or information you submit to the Service
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

16. Termination & Suspension

16.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Requirement to do so by law or regulatory authority

16.2 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date. Founding member pricing is subject to the terms in Section 7.

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

17.1 Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact us at Info@statsworldcup.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any complaint quickly and fairly.

17.2 Binding Arbitration (US Users)

For users in the United States, if informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive the right to a jury trial.

17.3 Class Action Waiver (US Users)

YOU AND World Cup Stats AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

17.4 EU Alternative Dispute Resolution

17.5 UK Consumers

UK consumers may refer disputes to the UK courts and retain all statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. The arbitration clause does not apply to UK consumers to the extent it would limit statutory rights.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For matters not subject to arbitration, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delaware, USA.

However, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply and take precedence where required by applicable law. EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory provisions of the laws of their EU member state.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction, the mandatory rights shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

20. Responsible Use

We are committed to promoting responsible use of football analytics. We encourage all users to:

• Treat match insights as informational context, not certainty
• Review multiple sources before forming opinions about a match
• Remember that injuries, tactics, weather, officiating, and chance can change outcomes quickly
• Take regular breaks and avoid over-reliance on automated analysis
• Use the Service in a lawful, personal, and non-commercial manner unless we agree otherwise in writing
• Contact us if any content appears inaccurate or requires correction

Responsible Research Resources

21. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Send email notification to all registered users at least 30 days before changes take effect
• Display a prominent banner on our platform
• For EU/UK users, seek fresh consent where required by consumer protection law

If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using the Service before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

22. Miscellaneous & Entire Agreement

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and World Cup Stats regarding the Service
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or internet outages
• No Partnership: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and us
• Language: These Terms are written in English. Any translated versions are for convenience only. The English version prevails in case of conflict.
